Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly subscriptions, access continues until the end of the billing cycle. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months.

Non-Refundable Items

Usage-Based Charges

Charges for AI token usage, telephony minutes, SMS segments, and other metered services are non-refundable as these costs are incurred in real-time.

Setup Fees

Any one-time setup fees, onboarding services, or custom integration costs are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Phone Numbers

Costs associated with purchasing or leasing phone numbers are non-refundable once the number has been provisioned.
